mango pudding

Preparation time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

8 bread slices

300 gms sugar

1 glass of mango juice

                                            250 ml milk

                                            20 gms cashew nuts, roasted
                                            
                                          20 gms dry cherries

                                          ghee or butter for frying

                                          Method:

Remove the edges of bread slices and make into small pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread pieces well. Add milk and boil until all the milk evaporates. Do not stir continuously.

Now add sugar, mango juice, a cup of water and stir. Boil until the mixture thickens.

Garnish with cashews and dry cherries.
